    And it's a real prick when it happens I can tell ya as it's usually something that I don't have a replacement handy for. :(

    Im just happy it was a cheapo 15dollar hub and not a nice Cisco switch Im planning on getting!

    I would speculate that the problem power supply failed and began shorting out, which caused the circut breaker to flip.

    that sounds very likely zeradul, without that circuit breaker, you might not have had a house to come home to.

    wow, I think you guys really dont understand that someone actually turned it off. They told me so. Said that they didnt know how to turn off all the systems so they flipped the switch! :snip:


    BTW Wiggo, I totally agree. but for 15bux it was a 24.1 hub thats 10/100. so it was worth it.
    now getting a small swich.
    going with some bigger stuff later on. but its enough for now.
