Well if the wind drops today I'll get the foundations concreted for the new wood shed, nothin' worse than a face full of cement dust.

Well _tweaker the wind did drop and the piers are now finished (except for the dryin'). :D

The gavanized steel straps comin' outa the concrete in the 150mm PVC pipes is for attachin' the hardwood bearers to. ;)

Hmmm.. I must mow the grass again tomorrow. :(

Local hardware store actually. Nothin' like 150mm foundation pipe.... ahhh.... sorry that's 6" pvc sewer pipe. ;)
Another 2 days and I'll.... no 3 days... I forgot about my 1.5hr drive to Armidale and 1.5hr back on Wednesday (Tuesday to those on the late side of the world) and then the deckin' will be done and the woodshed will be a go. :(

Well I can tell ya one thing, using piers like that will be damn steady.
The bearers/shed will be rock stable resting on em' year after year..

That's exactly the way to build it.
