    it could be worse tweak,

You could work in IT support - its always our fault - even if they can't remember their password, username or if they asked us to delete files (then say we didn't mean that)

    Dialup Sucks

    :snip:

however the situation is supposed to be changing - should be able to get www.neighborhoodcable.com in the next 12 months and should have adls available soon too.

the only reason i haven't gone insane is that I've had soothing ADLS at work and even better morphous doesn't show up in the internet usage stats - my 15 Gigs of d/l per month doesn't register

before morphous i was number one, two and 4 in the usage stats (different comps) new i've dropped to sixth place

btw the way can any one donate HD space I've filled my 200 G with DIvx

actually work has a 10 meg connection into TPG's bendigo pop (we host it & provided support for it).

As for removable HD storage I've been using a latop to transport files to and from home

    atm I've got

    13.6 G of Music vidoes
6.5 G of Porn (on HD - i'm not counting the ones on cd)
50 G of Divx movies (high quality only)

so it doesn't leave me a lot of space

I will agree on this, Microsoft have improved quite a lot recently, even in their customer support..

And Win95 was a buggy POS, I still work on machines at least once a week with 95SR1....and it is a pain in the but....ussually we recommend they upgrade their PC and OS ;)
