Naa, I live in Israel (Don't ask, and no, i'm not jewish :P)

and regarding the Party, believe me, i'm gonna have a party :D but my main joy is that i'll get a decent place to be able to study in.

I'm doing my B.Sc in Computer Sciences, and planning to get a doctorate, maybe get into the academy...

still, idea's for that flat :-)

Well 105sq.m is smaller than my shed so maintainin' it shouldn't be to hard on ya but ya do need furniture (a good size bed at least) and an internet connection plus maybe a TV, oh and don't forget a fridge for the beer.

    a dishwasher & powder
    large dustbin with a lid

    and use them.

    trust me

if you do invite friends around they are not going to be too thrilled if the joint reeks of old plates/food/beer etc. especially if you want to invite girls around.

as a singleton you're unlikely to do much washing up on a day to day basis so the dishwasher is good for storage of dirties. and the bin is good for storage of takeaway wrappers.

    edit:

oh, if you're going to buy lots and lots of gadgets, eg sound, speakers, dvd etc, do yourself a favour and invest in the best cables you can afford. buy double the amount you will need as bi-wiring your speakers (if you buy a decent seperate amp) makes your sound fantastic.

I have an even better plan. Simply keep only 4-5 dishes, 4-5 cups, minimal. so Washing the dishing would be in itself minimal as well.

as for cleaning, no doubt :D
