    I check out any new thing and write it down and get buy the liq.

    I have my favorites and i really stick to those unless i wanna try something new...you know what i mean.

    Brewing can be done once a week and then leave them to mature, I like mine at least 3 months old before drinking. ;)

    I helped a former in law make wine one time & it was quite an opeation with lots of 5 gallon jugs and decanting etc. They grew their own grapes and didnt stop until the grapes were all used.
