    From what people are telling me I have made a very good go of it so far. Unfortunately, even if I could get productivity to the level of 3-day week, the union would insist that they be allowed to stand around for 4 days and get paid for it. :laugh:

    Normally, without a union the lazy people get fired. With a union you can't fire anyone... permenently. I personally have seen one guy get fired three times and he still works there. :laugh: :laugh:
