    they tend to work if you take them before you start to drink... however.... the best method to not having a hangover the next day is dont drink that much :?:

    Wiggo is quite right.

    Its a combination of dehydration & vitamns being washed out.

    I tend to take fresh vegetable juice & vitamin tablets before going to bed & 1st in the morning,
    Not that im on the piss that much.

    It does work but only to a certain point obviously past 10guiness's & G&T I'am at the pukeing point.

    I don't have many of these sessions except when I visit my english friend in boston U.S who drinks like a fish.

    Last time I puked 6 times the next day & it took me 3 days to recover.Won't do that in a hurry again.:cheers:

    Well, I'm not getting punch drunk...soooo, I really don't need to look at them. I guess it could just vary from person to person---or you need more than the dosage they tell you to take. It might be good only for so many beers
