I take it that 2-minute noodles are what we refer to as ramen here in the states?
I use ramen noodles to clean out the fridge. Get the water boiling good, break an egg in the pot and stir briskly. (kind of an egg drop soup thing.)
Then anything loose in the fridge is fair game for the pot.
Pork, beef, poultry it don't matter. Carrots, onions, peas, mushrooms, onions ---- it's all good.
Then the noodles, and some soy and/or hot sauce.
Fills the belly, and fridge is emptied of leftovers.

My wife says she hates ramen, but she always says it smells good when I make it

I almost cleaned up a kangaroo coming back from Nelson yesterday, woulda made some nice burgers. It was like he wanted to die, he hoped out onto the road then fell over in front of the car.

    Mr. Tweak,

You can never go wrong with a big pot of veg soup or chili. It will last forever and heats up well. I lived off one pot of chili for a week and a half before in college
