Last weekend in Mudgee Ulysses held there AGM.
Mudgee was abuzz with up to 5,000 Ulysses bike riders, in town for their AGM. They were camping in the Showground, Victoria Park, motels, hotels and other locations.

Ulysses bike riders are 'older' bike riders, semi retired or retired people who want to "grow old disgracefully", and have a lot of fun in the process.

They travel together to many parts of Australia, not only for their Annual General Meeting, but also for weekend trips or holidays.

The town was filled day and night with the lumpy sound of motorcycles. Just a few links to give you an idea of what types of bikes these men and women ride.

pic's of some of the bikes

    Trikes, sidecars and others

I done a few bus trips with these bikers and told them I was very dissappointed with them. How dare they fall asleep at 12pm. Ah must be the older generation thing. Really great ppl to socialise with.
I found it quiet amazing just what they did for a living, social workers, surveyers, solicitors, bums etc.

Those buggers are too old for me and have no stayin' power but close to half of them rode past my place to get there. We get a hell of a lot of bikes (quite a few towin' trailers) and trikes on the highway here and every week they seem to have some place to go to.

It was funny seeing all the different types and sizes of trailers that some of those bikes were towing.
