Thread: What happens when i get bored.

    this is pretty much what i do when i get bored in or out of school....i think of something and then design it and sometimes i actually get to do it. this time it happened to be a really wierd looking fan that pretty much works by use of a belt of some sort along with some other crap. who knows, maybe i'll be able to make something like this by salvaginf 3 80mm fans a belt and some plastic pieces:

    i have no idea what this could be used for but atleast it gave me something to do...and it looks kind of cool.

    also from this pik i would say it the motor would be going clockwise so the belt would be going to the right..and so would the other 'stuff'

    heres the belt part from teh should help with all the nonsense:

    pretty much thats the bottom part of the belt as shown in the above post....its moving clockwise so its going to the left..

    Well, good idea. If you think about it, using a belt like that could also drive air in through the wedges of the belt, although it'd have to be modded a bit aerodynamically.
