    What is the best size hole saw to use to cut a hole for a 92mm fan?

    hmmm, that would make sense. I just wanted to make sure I didnt need a smaller size hole in the case.

    don't you guys know how metric works? 92 mm = 9.2 cm, 80 mm = 8 cm

    so yes, a 9 cm hole saw would be just fine :)
    I've gone too far and need to move on!

    Get a 3.5"/88mm holesaw as the hole will be bigger than the saw itself and if ya cuttin' into metal then make sure that ya get a bi-metal holesaw (better to get one anyway no matter what ya cuttin' into).
