I can't really disagree because there isn't much of an opening for any airflow from the front of the case. Just at the bottom of the bezel.

But, with the same fan setup as my Chieftec, in the same room, the temps on the Enermax are almost identical. 40cpu/36sys with very similar builds. The two hard drives do not seem to be getting too warm, although this is a touch test.

I bought the case on a whim, because it was a refurb and so cheap, but the damn thing grows on you. It's not a bad looking case for a cheapy and it is quite easy to work with.

I would buy another but my next case will be the new Antec P160
    Anodized Aluminum Super Mid Tower

...........if they ever get around to releasing it. Beautiful case and looks like it will be sweet to work in.

Now if only I could get the time and the nerve up to do some actual modding, besides adding lights and fans...:)

well the first one is a rip off imo. first of all it's back ordered and you have no idea how much the shipping is, but it also does not have a power supply. The one from newegg has a 420 W psu, it's in stock, and has $10 shipping (which is very good for a heavy steel case).

depends on your needs; i don't want to get into all the details, but the biggest difference is that steel is stronger and aluminum is lighter

Steel is good if you hardly move it around, it is very strong and sturdy.
Aluminum as Mini said is alot lighter, so better if you go to LANs, but if dropped the case will probably tear apart. :hammer:
