ok here are the two cases i cannot choose from
    http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...=BROWSE&depa=1
    or
    http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...=BROWSE&depa=1

with the dreamer case i would get a blue light, 6 vantec turbo fans, and a fan controller.

what i like about the thermaltake is that it has 7 fans and a 420w power supply. also it's cheaper the all the things for the dreamer case. it seems like a more performance based case.

what i like about the dreamer case is it's looks and powerful fans. however the power supply seems a little weak. maybe i've been looking at it too much and got sick of it? haha.

so i have 2 separate questions. which case would give me better performance like lower temps. and which case will look better? thanks i really appreciate the help.

Well the Xaser III has a restricted front air intake for starters and a 480W TrueBlue would be better suited for it with all its fans.
The X-Dreamer II also has a restricted front air intake and is even further down on PSU horsepower.
If I were you then I'd consider the Aspire X-SuperAlien Aluminium Gaming Case or Antec PLUS1080AMG (there is also a windowed version of this last one called the "Plus View" but I can't find a sales link for it atm).
