1 thing I've learned: practice with a dremel first before attempting to cut. I kinda hosed up a window cut since I'd never used a dremel before. But that's okay, I replaced the side of the case with a custom cut sheet of acrylic:laugh:

 Invest in the hole saws, dremel etc. Remember, over time you will need to cut many holes in many cases. I hope that tape is treated with fire retardent.

Use a jigsaw with a good 32pt or better metal cutting blade than a Dremel (especially for beginers) as there is much less chance of makin' a serious mistake. ;)

    Mistake?

In modding we call that an "unscheduled alteration in the project plan".

Hmm you must have them connected with a short wires to the fans. I mean i just disconnect them when i am going to do some major work on the rig other than that i just lay it on the table kinda like a "L".
