well, alright then. No filters for me;) My room isn't very dusty anyhow, so I should be alright.

I'm off to find a good looking side panel, I plan on just getting a rectangle sorta one, but if possible it's still metal at the bottom left corner to put in a side panel fan or two, or maybe 3.

hrmm....I found a case at newegg.com for 5 bucks more, and it's aluminum with a window. I'll get this if it isn't hard to cut a hole into the side for a fan.

Is it very hard to cut a hole into the window for a fan?

    Also, thanks for the site.:thumb:

ok, I think i'll just do that. Now what do I need to cut it with. Would a dremel with one of those blades work? I also have a hacksaw, and a tablesaw.

I've found bi-metal holesaws to be the best for fans and jigsaws for everything else. ;)

    bi-metal holesaws ???

please tell me what these are?

would i completely screw up the window if I cut it with a dremel or something like that?

BTW, does a side panel fan really help cool video cards much?

It's a circular saw that fits into a drill and hardware stores sell them but don't buy the ones meant for wood as these won't do the trick (3" holesaw is perfect for 80mm fans, http://www.directron.com/t021.html).
