sandman001 if I'm understanding your plan correctly you are planning on puting the fan in your window. If you are going to cut a hole in the window for your fan with a jigsaw make certain that you mask off the plexi so that the base of the jigsaw does not scratch your case and be sure the plexi is supported as well as possible so that the vibration doesn't crack it. I'd definately avoid using a dremel on the plexi as in my experience even at low speed (assuming that you have a multi speed version) friction between the bit and the plastic will cause far too much heat and you will wind up melting instead of cutting the plastic ... not pretty. The holesaw option would be by far the best option for cutting plexi assuming that you have a fine enough blade and are careful reguarding speed vs. pressure to avoid a heat buildup.
