i got same mobo, its your system settings, just that you gotta check the jumpers, mine also did same thing till i fixed that fsb thing. also,i raised the system bus to 145mhz(on bios) with pc-2700(333mhz) and that was the most stable since it wouldn't start at 148mhz. now i put this pc-3200(400mhz) and i can raise the fsb to 150mhz(stable) or maybe to the 166 but i just stayed back cause i don't really got good enough cooling(sys and cpu temps are allways 39-44 idle and load). but maybe i should raise it to 140 or 145, any recommendations about putting a lil more on the vcore? or doing anything else besides unlocking it?(for oc'ing, and i'll get better cooling)

Yeh i checked the mobo and it was the defult setting that was screwing me up.

There was a switch set "On" 100Mhz(defult).
I read the manuel and it said, to run it on 266/333 u have to turn that off!!!

so i did it and now is running at 2400+. The temp is OK as well at 100% 42-43 and idel 36-38.

    Thanks Alot Guys!!!
