ouch! you're really cooking that cpu... :hammer:

have you checked to make sure you've got adequate system cooling? do you have any tim at all between the cpu and the current hsf??

Right now mine is at 55, and that's with a 12" table fan blowing into the side, lowest I've seen is 51, highest maybe 57. I need a new HSF:(

Mine's running a bit hot at the moment, 49°C Idle (I think my HSF moved during "the move").
And AMD CPU's run hotter than Intel CPU's, so I'd say something's wrong !
Are you using any TIM ?
    I use Arctic Silver 3 ! It's great.

i get my SPARK 7 today :D so i'll do the same graphs and see the changes.
the idle temps went up about 6 deg. after the cables hit the HSF.
i think it stuffed up the fan a bit.

Then if ya temps don't come down a lot then case airflow is the next thing to attack.

My p4c 2.6 @3.25 runs 58 under 100% load with stock hsf, your temps seem a little high.
