But I want cold air to flow through radiator, before it warms up hence it getting the first air.

Is that a new case Andy? If so, what additional fans will you be adding? The PSU and radiator/intake fans are a given, but won't you still need intake for GPU and NB fans? I'm asking because I'd like to eliminate all the fans I can. Pics look good :thumb: : peace2:

It looks like his old AOpen H600A but I hope that's enough tubin' to get around the video card between pump and CPU.

I agree, when using H2o cooling you should always take advantage of one of it's biggest benefits, the possibility to lead the most heat out of the case instead of letting it increase the case temp as regular hsf aircooling does.. :)

Like Wiggo said, its my AOpen H600A. The fans in my case will be: Radiator Fan, PSU Fans, Videocard Fan, and a quiet exhaust fan at the top of the case. My radiator fan will become my intake fan once its all put together.

If you want to eliminate all the fans you can, you can cool your CPU, Videocard and NB/SB with water, however you still need you fan cooled PSU.

Yeah, I didn't figure a watercooled PSU was such a good idea....:p I suppose it could be done though. If you could fit a block to the PSU heatsinks somehow....hmmmm..... It looks like no matter what, ya can't get away from fans completely and still have any power. I've seen some fanless silent systems, but they're invariably weak Cyrix CPUs. With things "heating up" between AMD and Intel so much lately, it looks like more advanced cooling is in order for CPUs producing 120W or more...

    More piccies for you :)

This is the pump mounting being tested, and also leak testing the rig.

EDIT: yes that is my foot in the bottom left corner, its there to prop up the case for a better angle

 Maybe I'm blind, but how did you fill that loop? I can't see a T-line anywhere.
BTW here is someone who did watercool his PSU.
