Well for only $20 you can't get the "best AMD fan"....not sure what is in that price range really.

The Vantec Aeroflow is about $25 and cools very well.

Stay away from the Aero 7+...
If you are looking for a good Heatsink and Fan, then try the Volcano 11+. It costs about $38 cad. and that's about $25 us. The extra bucks is well worth your investment.

Plus you may want to overclock the 2500+ anyway. That puppy can overclock over the 3200+. Just check out my rig...

If the Volcano 11 is the same price as the Vantec Aeroflow, then it is a BAD deal because it is not as good.

the Thermaltake volcano 7+ will fit in your budget and it will cool well if you use some decent TIM (Thermal Interface Material)

however, if you can spare an extra $10, I would recomend the Tt Silent Boost, which is very quite and cools quite well.
I've gone too far and need to move on!

    Arctic Silver III Thermal Compound
Made with 99.9% pure micronized silver. Over 70% silver content by weight is the best to use.

My CPU is running at 36C to 40C with full Vcore 1.950, and aggresive Performance. My CPU fan is running a steady 4100 RPM.
Asus Probe. Not too loud at all.

Actually the Volcano 7+ cools better than the 11 plus does it with far less noise and at a much better price.
I've stated b4 that I havn't had a chance to try the Vantec Aeroflow but it's still dearer than the V7+ here. Some are still havin' mobo compatibility probs with the Aero 7+ though. My XP2600+ runs at 2.3GHz under a constant 100% load here 24/7 with a V7+ on medium speed as happy as Larry while doin' some serious multi taskin' at times without even breakin' into a sweat.
