Well I think I'm going to stick to what Andy suggested, did alot of research and found quite a bit on radiators. The '87 Camry Heater Core is roughly 26x14x4cm and I saw comeone mount it in the drive bay perfect fit, using the drive rails too. It'll take up 2 drive bays, one for the core and one for the fans.

CPU Waterblock: Little River Cascade - $130
    Pump: Eheim 1048 - $126
    Tubing: 2m 1/2 Clearflex60 - $14
GPU Waterblock: Swiftech GPU Waterblock MCW50 - $70
Swiftech Hose Barbs (pack of 2) - $8
Radiator: '87- Camry Heater Core - Free
Fan: Panaflo 120mm fan, High Speed - $35

So far the setup adds to $383
I'm still open to suggestions. :thumb:

EDIT: I was just thinking, would there be something that I could incorporate that would allow for easier refill? Like valves or something?

Ahhh, finally got the heater core, wasn't one out of a camry, but I think it came out of a 4WD.
    Here are some pics.

EDIT: Forgot to add dimensions. 160x160x50 thats the total area of the radiator. Including the barbs and everything else it would be 230x160x50.

Cleaned off all the foam of the core. Polished it up a bit with the dremel.
Got water in the core and shook it up a bit, all this crap came out. Repeated a few times untill there was only little bits. Is there a way to properly clean in out using what is available in the household? Also whats a good method to test for leaks in the core? :hammer:

once you get your pump, sit it in a bucket (the pump), connect it up to the rad, then another tube back to thge bucket, make sure you use distiled water cos you don't want the mineral deposits and stuff in your rad

    Thanks Andy for your help.
Just one last question reguarding fans, I have a AeroGate II fan control unit, instead of getting a Emermax fan with fan control which cost a fair bit more, could I get a Sunon 120mm fan and use the AeroGate.
The specs for the AeroGate say it can support 4 fans (max. output 18W) the Sunon 120mm fan is 6.8W.
After I get the WC setup I will have the 120mm fan, and 3 x 80mm fans running off the AeroGate. Do you think it will cope?

should do, but i've heard a few people saying that sunon 12cm fans, even when voltage controlled, are quite noisy.

also, does the aerogate II use PWM or voltage regulators?

In that case I might check out the Panaflo 120mm fan (High Speed).

How do I tell if it uses PWM or voltage regulators?
