A lot depends on the case but the main thing is to have a good balance between intake and exhaust as I've already stated. One of my UNEEC clone cases has a blowhole but this is really inaffective as the PSU clears the top of most cases pretty well (full towers with the PSU mounted low in the case benefit most with blowholes as well as a lot of those cases with only one rear exhaust fan).

This might be the case Im gonna buy (somewhere in the future  ). http://www.antec-inc.com/pro_details...p?ProdID=81600

There is (only) two 120mm fan mounts on that case (one on the back and one on the low front), but I was planning to make one more hole to the side panel and put there 120mm intake fan too. That way there should be enough ventilation to keep the case cool...right? Im also gonna put a lot of sound absorbing material to the case. The noise level should stay relatively low with those fans. :) (thats my main goal) :bounce:

Sorry but that configuration would give ya negative case pressure which will suck dust into the case thru any seam available or would need some high speed (high noise) intake fans to balance the airflow out (and slightly positive is needed).

That kinda looks like the configuration of my Xaser III wiggo, with the exception of me having an additional side intake fan. Would that balance it out? I was thinking of changing one of the stock side fans with a tornado would that help? (sorry for he slight hijacking)

The Tt Xaser cases are UNEEC clones but doesn't your case also have a blowhole which will balance out the extra side fan? :?:
