Aeroflow cools tremendously well. I'd go for something in the Zalman CNPS-7000 line-up though, as they are silent and great coolers.

New Vantec Aeroflow 2 would be good.

Those choices seem ok, but if you really want to push CPU speeds to the max on air cooling and can cough up around 60 bucks for an HSF combo you should try these combinations:

    - Swiftech MCX 478-V Heatsink + Thermaltake Model "A2016" 80 mm or 90mm fan (the 80mm supposedly works better because of the larger "dead spot" on the 90mm fans)

    or

    - Thermalright SP-94 Heatsink + Thermaltake Model "A2016" 80 mm or 90mm fan

    (all available at newegg)

Those Heatsinks are definetely the best around and I personally dig that Thermaltake fan, because it has three different settings:
    1. Full speed when jumper on
    2. Temperature control : Fan speed varies according to the temp detected by the sensor
    3. Manual control : Adjust fan speed manually (on a PCI card nob that comes with the fan)

    Max Air Flow(CFM): 21.6~72.5
    Noise(dBA): 17dBA at 1300 RPM~48.5dBA at 4800 RPM

And check out the maximum CFMs, that's almost as much as what the Vantec Tornado pushes with the added advantage of being able to manually adjust it or let the thermal probe set the speed automatically if noise turns out to be a concern.

I'm personally getting the Swiftech + Thermaltake combination because my Abit AN7 Mobo doesn't have the four holes necessary to set the Thermalright Heatsink.

Hope that helps! Oh and you should try some Artic Silver 5 to top it all off.
