I've been verry happpy with my glad w/ a queit 80mm w/ 64cfm's. I'm sure you could do the same. The cpufx, inc adapter is the link. The fan runs at 4500rpm=quiet. :)

Some people have been adding things to there cases to quiet them:

    1) lining their cases with thin foam packing insulation.

    2) using little rubber washers on metal contacting parts, ie fan grills.

    3) dust filters on the fans.

It may help to contain the noise.:)

You could always take a look at the Thermaltake Volcano 7 as it's quiet and performs at least as well as the Dragon. ;)
