    CPU
    IDLE = 43*C
    AFTER PLAYING GAMES FOR ABOUT 3-4HOURS = 58*C

    CASE
    IDLE = 30*C
    AFTER PLAYING GAMES = 33*C

    I FINK THE TEMPS ARE VERY HIGH ANY SUGGESTIONS

    58 C isn't horrible, although it can certainly be better. You're not going to kill your CPU with temps like that, but I wouldn't overclock it. This 'silver thermal compound', it's not the generic thermal crap from places like compusa is it? that stuff is a joke, it's NOT comparable to the likes of Arctic Silver. (Read this article)

    My first suggestion would be to replace that TIM with some quality stuff, like Arctic Silver 3, 5, or Ceramique.
    Secondly, check the ratings of the spark 7. It might not be able to keep up with the heat output of the 3 GHz chip. I can't recall it's ratings of the top of my head, and I'm too lazy to search the thermaltake site.
    Last of all, give it a good dusting. Dust is a PC killer; not only can does it act as an insulator and heat things up, but it can also cause shorts if it just happens to get in the wrong place.

    EDIT: i see you posted again, I clearly took too long typing. 58 C in a 35 C room is not bad at all. I wouldn't expect the CPU to be below 50 C with air cooling in an environment like that. A HSF is only as good as the air it has to work with. Even with a water cooling rig, the temp wont be cooler than the ambient temp. Just change the TIM and wait for winter to get here.

    EDIT #2: please don't type in ALL CAPS. it's is considered rude and/or shouting.

    the problem is in the room temperature.
    if you can bring that down then the computers temperatures will come down.

    I *think* Antec's TIM is legitimate, and it's far better than the stuff that comes with the HSF. However, you are still limited until you bring the ambient temp down.

    It's just an estimate, but I would say it would probably be 40-45 C

    it is a very good temperature to aim for. thats what my system runs at stably.
    although did the computer ever crash when at 58C. if it didnt then theres nothing to worry about.
