Is thermal compound included in HSF like the Volcano 7+, or do you have to buy it separately?

Most major heatsink manufacturers (Thermaltake falls into this category) will include a small packet of thermal compound. However...

When they pack some grease with a cooler, it is normally some pretty crappy silicon type goop. While it may work in a pinch, it's overall quality leaves an awful lot to be desired. Just my personal opinion, but I'd highly recommend that you just order some Arctic Silver and be done with it. This will give you some of the best thermal compound to be found and help protect your investment.

And of course the fact that it can help you to overclock a little higher sure doesn't hurt either. :)
