Default Asking for the cooler to my core i7 2600k

    hey everybody :
My name is : Muhamad Amru Eldan amd i am from Syria but now I am in Romania for Study reason :
    I have AsRock P67 Fatal1ty Professional updated to the latest Bios 3.10 and i want to buy a cooler to overclock my 2600k @ 4800MHZ 24/7 .
the budget is between 90~110 $ and the ambient temperature is around 27 degrees in summer and off course low in winter .
i ask for your advice i done a small research in website and show to me that thermalright true spirit with two TY-141 fan is better than Corsair H80 or H100 if we consider the money\efficient .
i result is taken from Xbitlabs from this review and if we compare that review with this one we will see that no different .
my question in what will happens in real world because some of website play a bit with result for that i want your advice
    thx in advance

If it were me I would probably get the H100. But any high end air cooler is good if you have the room - Noctua NH-D14 etc.
