The best cooling at a budget price is the Themaltake Volcano 7+ and usually is only use at medium speed. ;)

If you want the best then get the Thermalright SLK-800 (at double the 7+ in cost it would want to be the best) and team it up with a Thermaltake SMART CASE FAN II. :thumb:

In addidion to the Thermalright SLK-800 / Thermaltake Smart Case fan II combo, you might want to check out it's Arch-Rival.

    The <a href="http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/swiftechmcx462.html" target="_blank">Swiftech MCX462+</a> with the <a href="http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/ther80smarfa1.html" target="_blank">Thermaltake Smart Case Fan II</a> has shown me a total 8C drop in temperature from my results with the <a href="http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/thervol9.html" target="_blank">Thermaltake Volcano 9</a>.
