    These are my temps,as per gigabyte monitor

    CPU=52
    System=35

    I have a Gibabyte 7VTXH mb with Althlon xp1800
    A Zalman Flower Cooler CNPS6000-CU
    with Quiet Pc fans 1 front bottom and 1 at back of case+
    PCI Slotcooler.

    Are these temps too high ?Not sure of ambient temp.

    Well the room temp is critical but that Zalman won't do the job of coolin' sadly. Get a Volcano 7+ and that will get those temps well down. ;)

    Well there are louder 60mm fans around then full speed but at medium speed they are quiet enough and if ya have aircon then only low speed is needed and silent. ;)

    Ill give you an example of what a
    Volcano 7+ will sound like
    Imagine that you have a 747 taking off from inside your case.
    If your very fussy about noise like me Volcano 7+ will annoy you. even on low.
    I would invest in a high quality HSF Like an SLK800 and a low-noise fan.
    Great temps low noise :) What more would you want :)

    Someone with very sensitive ears I notice. :)

    But have ya really used 1? (don't sound like it) :D

    The 7+ here on low is no different in noise or sound to the stock P4 Intel one here and medium isn't bad ;)

    as for a place
    www.below-0.net or
    www.pccasegear.com.au the two best online cooling shops in australia
