    You could try the Zalman heatsinks like the CNPS6000-Cu... It's not too good for overclocking but if keeping noise out is what you really want then this heatsink could do the trick... By the way stock heatsinks aren't really loud anyway...

    Zalman = low noise::::but everyone knows b/c they are passive cooling they dont do a very good job (your temps will likely rise) compared to the stock but if you dont wanna o/c or run CPU instinsive apps/games then go for it
