Hey guys; found this on another forum. Its called Bitcoins. This is not a scam its real. I dont know exactly how it works, but I can tell you it works.

What is Bitcoins. Well you use your gpu to do work and generate (or called Mining).

What can you do with these coins? You can convert them to cash, buy stuff or services with bitcoins.

This works best with ATI gpus.

Download these and install

Bitcoin 0.3.23 found here Bitcoin P2P Virtual Currency (This is your bitcoin wallet. A place to store your bitcoins.)
GUIminer GUI mining - updated host address for slush's pool (this is the program to allow you to mine for bitcoins.)

Register at a bitcoin mining pool. I recommend using with BTCguild. https://www.btcguild.com Supply them with your bitcoin wallet and create at least one worker.
Start GUIminer and switch server to BTC guild. Enter your user name and password. copy this to extra flags "-v -w128" with out the "".
Then start mining.

Haha, just giving ya a hard time man, no worries! This has caught my eye lately too, but sounds like it takes too long to build up any worthy amount of cash, right? How much have you made so far, with what card?

Yeah I was trying to make it not sound so spammish :)

I have been switching between different mining pools. Usally BTC Guild or if I can get enough people to join Triplemining to make it worth it.

Right now running my 6950 +5850 I have made so far about 33 dollars in a couple days. Price per coin fluctuates right now its around $15.25 - $15.50 a coin

That was running 24/7. Well as close as I could as the 6950 card is in my main system. So if I wanted to watch a movie I had to stop the miner. Or 1 website its banner is enough to lock the system up and force a reboot.

Also depends on the market for buying the bios. Found out Newegg also takes bitcoins. BitEgg.net | Buy Newegg Giftcards with Bitcoins I havent tried it yet.

Wow man, interesting!! I thought it would take much longer to make money, that sounds like you could maybe make at least $50 in under two weeks even with time off, right?

Buying a BIOS, what do you mean by that?

Have you found anyone that has used and approves that Newegg card site? I read the FAQ, and that's a guy (Buying Newegg gift cards for you), not Newegg itself.

Oppss that was typo I meant to say bios=bitcoins lol... Ohh ok I just found I have not tried it. I haven't generated enough.

Profit wise it depends. on the market. The market seems to be dropping :( its down to $13.37. Hope it goes back up. But Depending on your electric bill I would hope that you should cover your coast in about a week or two. If you farm 24/7 depending on speed and such.

Ohh, forgot all about electric, with that in mind I'm back to thinking this might not be worth it for me to even try doing.
