    Default GA-P35-DS3L Problem

This MB is driving me insane. When I power on the machine there is a 5 second beep till the XP splash screen, then there is a 2 second beep, once in windows it beeps again for 2 seconds, then it continues to beep till you reboot it.

Then if you are lucky it works fine. I have flashed to the latest BIOS and set the BIOS back to default settings.

Q6600, 8800gts 640, 2x1gig crucial, approved by Gigabyte. Any help would be grateful.

Yes I have, I also reseated the video card and ram. Memtest86 ran without any errors also.

I repair computers for a living and seriously doubt I have a bad MB. I did update to the latest BIOS a few weeks ago though. I believe there is a setting in there to be changed. I will look into this further tonight if I get time. Working 8 hour days and then chasing after a 2 year old for 3 hours wears me out to no end! I will post back. -Bill

If your system still beep, could you let me know it's sounds like?
