Default GA-MA790X-DS4 settings to use 1066memory

I'm trying to set to 1006 ghz the memory modules Kingston HyperX
The motherbord give me the option but when I reboot, the system hang up in the boot screen. Have you any idea of the setting that I shuold use?
I set them manually as per Kingston spec 5-5-5-15 2.2v but it did not help.
    I'm using the Phenom 9850.

It is likely the volts and the refresh to act needs to be set higher then auto is setting it for 1066 speeds. Also try to set just above or below 1066 as that is a strap point and is very hard to stabilize. Adjust FSB if needed a little to make yoru ram speed be above or below 1066, so like 1060 or 1070 along those lines

Settings in Bold would be a must to run 1066 speeds

    CAS Latency Time_______________5
    Dram RAS# to CAS# Delay________5
    Dram RAS# Precharge Delay_______5
    Precharge Delay (tRAS)__________ 15
    ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________Auto
Rank Write to READ Delay________ Auto
    Write to Precharge Delay_________Auto
Refresh to ACT Delay______________52-62 Starting with highest, and possibly may need more then 62
    Read to Precharge Delay__________Auto
Static tRead Value_______________ 1-31 (7-10) (start at 10)
Static tRead Phase Adjust________ 1-31 Leave on auto

    System Voltage Control____ [Manual]
    DDR2 OverVoltage Control__ [+0.300V -+0.400V]
    PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ [+0.1V]
    FSB OverVoltage Control___ [+0.1V]
    (G)MCH OverVoltage Control [+0.1V - +0.15V]

If you would like help with the rest of the settings after you get stable a bit let me know, I dont know much about AMD, but I do know a bit about ram settings

    Thanks for the prompt answer.

I cannot find the option to change refresh to ACT delay. (may be because it is an AMD?)
I can adjust the DDR2 voltage but no MCH overvoltage option.
and I have only fixed rate for the speed 400 533,800,1066.

Any idea what can I try?

Did you push Control + F1 on the Main BIOS screen and then go into the overclock area?

If so you may be right and not have these types of options, but you should have the memory settings options, but maybe not the MCH because of AMD

Yes I pressed ctrl f1 and the only thing I get is more option on memory seetings.

See attached and let me know if you have any idea on how it should be.

    Thanks for the support.

Hmm well it would be the memory controller, but I am not so sure how much more you need to add to it since it is AMD. If you want I can PM you a url that is NOT GA related but has a specific AMD section that may be able to better help you. Unless you are already a member there?

Let me know, or just add a bit to that and see if it helps

Thanks a lot for the support.
