    Default Possible GA-X38-DQ6 problem

    Hello

    I have a nice GA-X38-DQ6 that I have been using since x-mas.

Today I came home and noticed that I computer didn't boot up.
When I push the powerbutton it starts up, cpu fan does it initial spin, then the GPU fan spins up and then it reboots completly.
I am not getting any output on the screen or sound from the mobo.
I have booted with nothing except the motherboard plugged in but still same error every time...

    What should I try next?

nothin you can do but RMA, if pullin the battery and unplugging the power for 15 min. and resetting the CMOS, has no effect.

Remove all but one ram stick and see if that helps any, if not then yeah HemiRick is right, you may need to RMA the board if you cannot even see a error page or any page for that matter.

Do you have or can you get a Case Speaker to see if there is any beep errors? If so do that as well first

Yes, will doublecheck everything today. Could someone perhaps point me to the rma url at the gigabyte site?

You can cut a small speaker and wire it up, it plugs into the spot where you hooked up your on/off switch and HD led's. Try some old headphones speakers you dont want. But really, I think you will need RMA, but never hurts to check

Hmm, I dont know much about Sweden, thats Europe area right? If so please look here for a # to call, or pick the closest country to you for more info
