Well man it is all trial and error, for 4gb you need 52-62 refresh to act delay for sure, if you want you can leave the rest on auto, but it may cause errors.

+.1 is only 1.9V just to remind you, not sure which stick you are using now.

G.Skill would be better, but you will still have to/should change the voltages and timings to make them work properly

well thanx for your help !!
    my ram sticks are:
    Type : DDR2-SDRAM PC2-6400 (399 MHz) - [DDR2-800]
    ocz gold xtc 5-5-5-15

q: what changing are made by increasing mch values?
is it increasing the temprature of sticks? +0.1 volts
or adding more stress to them?

NO not really, not until you get over 2.1 (+0.3) will they start to get hot.

Ya, you will be fine using 1.9 (+0.1) on those sticks

Adding MCH voltage adds more voltage to the northbridge which it needs because using 4x1 or 2x2 sticks puts more strain on the northbridge so to control those it needs more. It is all safe, I would not suggest anything unsafe to you at all

Another thing you may want to check it the northbridge heatsink. After running some tests open your case really fast and stick your finger on it and see how hot it is. If you cannot keep your finger there for 10 seconds or so then that is hot, and you should add a fan to the heatsink. A 40mm will do perfect and they are like $4-5

Good luck, if you are not running BLEND in orthos it will not stress your ram. Just so you know

You will have to set some timings for 4gb and should also change some voltages as well to be stable
