Did you try to clear the CMOS with a jumper and reflash it yet?

If not, try that. Unplug your PSU from the wall, and place a optical or hard drive jumper on the Clear CMOS pins, then let it sit for 10-20 minutes. Then remove the jumper and plug the PSU back in and see if it will let you into Qflash

If not, this may be your only hope before you have to RMA your board (you WILL have to have a floppy drive ) >>>

Well ya if you dont have a floppy then you likely will have to RMA to newegg, at least you know that is simple!
