Default 8GB Crucial Ballistix on EX38-DQ6 issues.

    Hi,

Are there any special settings other than those in the forum guide regarding BIOS settings for 4 - 8GB ram as I am having issues with BSODS with my ram (which is Memtest stable).

Regardless of having 4 or 8GB in I get random BSODS with 4-4-412 to 5-5-5-15 at 800Mhz stock.

Anyone else had problems with this combination?

Yeah for 4GB you will need some different settings then 2GB for sure. For starters I would suggest you set these in bold and then post back the rest of what you are using in the blank spots >>>

And ya know, I just re-read your title, I say for sure you should RMA that kit now while you have the chance >>>
