    Hmm well If you still can RMA to the store you got it, maybe you should.... If you have the patience.

    The only other thing I would try myself is reflashing the F3 bios and save.load optimized, reboot and make changes and see if it gets fixed.

    If you do have a older CPU around that you can run F2 with if need be I would suggest to flash to that and see what happens. But not if you only have the Q9450 as I am not sure if F2 would work with it or not

    I got the board from newegg and its been past the 30 day return window, though I'll still ask (update -- cannot return to newegg, need to go through Gigabyte). I opened a ticket with Gigabyte support -- can I RMA there?
