OK i made sure try it to exact detail! i tried 333, i tried 12 static read and even more but no luck! so far this is what i have found out through all those restarts!
-the mch Core doest like 1.3volts at all, it oks with 1.2volts
-dram voltage sometime is not liked at 2.1v
    - gmch at 400mhz is not liked at all!

It looks like im stuck at 800mhz!

Just want to take the time to thank you for your help! its nice to know u theres someone willing to help!
    Thanks once again!

Hopefully in the future motherboards and memory will catch up with each other making, so they can auto config themselves!

No problem. Sounds to me like that specific set is just not properly compatible. Those sticks, Hell any sticks, should run at those VERY Loose timings

OR one of the sticks is damaged. Did you ever test them in Memtest86+? DOA sticks happen with all brands. Best to test them in another PC at the rated speeds and timings

    My Opinion >>>

Ram does not run rated speed or timings = DOA (Customer Should Return for replacement set due to DOA or cash back and choose different brand)

Good luck with whatever you decide to do

Hey thanks for the scare of having a doa stick!
That made me test only two sticks at a time to see if they worked with your settings and u know what happened they worked! so i tried the other two sticks or there own in the other two dimms! And they both worked to!
So i put all 4 of them in and they worked! i dont know why there working now, but they are!Its a miricle!

I was wondering if you could take a look at my settings and see if we can lower the latency!
On Everest my latency is 69.1 ns

    l1 cache at 1.1ns

    l2 cache at 6.6 ns

Also how long should i leave me the memtest program to run, for checking stability!

Well Let it run overnight if you can.

    Is this for real? >>>
    tRTP...........................................30

If so then that is likely part of your latency. Should be 3-6 or so

Other then that all looks pretty low. I dont know how you are using this either with 4x1 >>>
    tRFC...........................................36

I cannot even run 2x1 with that low of a setting

Well glad to see you are getting somewhere with them though

I still think you may have some issues, from what you say this ram is 1200 ram right? I do not know ANY 1200 ram that is 1.8V. And OCZ reaper 1200 rams are 2.1v (Just so you know) >>>>

Can you post me some screenshots of CPU-z ram and SPD tabs so I can see this for myself?

    Thanks

And good luck in your tweaking your ram timings

    sorry typing mistake
    tRTP...........................................3

is only 3 not 30 sorry!

ok heres spds in cpu-z and in everest
it says I can use 1.8v for 333mhz!
and thats what i have done!
so i left mhc at 1.100v too!
following are links to the images!

Any chance of lowering the latency!

1.8V for 333 is ram speed of 667, which you are not using. 2.1V is shown for 1176, so I would use that for 1066 and above

You may not get any better latency with 4x1GB. I would raise trfc and see if that helps, what you have is too low
