Smile Kingstone PC8500 prob with GA-P35DS3R

HI there this is my first post i really need your help
    i've a GA-P35-DS3R rev2.1 F12 Bios
    E8400 runs at 3.6 400x9
    PCI -E ATI x1950 pro
    PSU 350W
    I bought 2 modules of Kingstone PC8500D2/1G
I insalled it instead of my Kingstone PC6400
In the bios it reads 800 mhz for memory @1.8 volt
i increased volt to 0.3 but still reporting 800 what can i do to make the mobo understand that i have 1066 mhz memory iset timing to 5-5-5-15
memory multi 2.5 so it works at 1000 mhz
how can i change settings to correct that?

Welcome aboard! I can help you for sure with this. Here, use these settings (I will leave out CPU Volts as you already know your choice there it sounds like you are stable as far as that goes)

    Robust Graphics Booster___________ [Auto]
    CPU Clock Ratio ____________ [9]
    CPU Host Clock Control_ [Enabled]
    CPU Host Frequency (MHz)__________ [400]
    PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [100]
    C.I.A. 2__________________________ [Disabled]
System Memory Multiplier (SPD)____ [2.66] = 1064MHz Ram Freq
DRAM Timing Selectable_______ SPD __ [Manual]

    Performance Enhance = [Standard]

    CAS Latency Time________________5
    Dram RAS# to CAS# Delay_________ 5
    Dram RAS# Precharge Delay_______5
    Precharge Delay (tRAS)__________ 15

The below would be ranges, should you decide to manually set you would use the higher ranges and then lower ONE AT A TIME testing with Memtest86+ between each move until you get them all lowered a bit. You can leave them all on AUTO if you like

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________ 3-4
Rank Write to READ Delay________ 4-6 (9-11)
    Write to Precharge Delay_________ 3-5
    Refresh to ACT Delay______________ 38-42
    Read to Precharge Delay__________ 3-6
Static tRead Value_______________ 7-10 << Effects Bandwidth/Performance the most
Static tRead Phase Adjust________ 1-31 << Leave in AUTO or Set Zero, or 1-31

    System Voltage Control____ [Manual]
    DDR2 OverVoltage Control__ [+0.300V] = 2.1V
    PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ [+0.1V] <<< For Stability
FSB OverVoltage Control___ [+0.1V] <<< For Stability
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control [+0.1V - +0.15V] <<< For Stability (2x2 if you ever get will likely need a bit more FYI)

Ahh well for 1066 ram then you are going to need to raise your fsb to 425/426 or so and use the 2.5 Mutli on you ram.

Memtest can be burned to a floppy or burnt as a ISO image to a CD. If you need to know how to burn a ISO let me know.

If you have a floppy or get it burnt to a CD properly (Which you need to burn different then other DATA so be sure to ask or google How to Burn ISO so yo dont waste a CD)

Then you reboot with floppy or CD in and choose that as the device to boot from with F12 at startup. It will then run by itself

Please take the time to read thru the pinned guides I have posted they will help you better understand everything in your BIOS
