You may need more then 1.5 default volts for tighter timings like maybe 1.6-1.8, but then again maybe not because of onderclocking. What is the Spec allowed voltage?

    Advanced timings suggestions >>>
    ACT to ACT 3-5
Rank Write to Read 3-6 (8-10)
    Write to Precharge 4-6 (8-12)
    Refresh to ACT 52-70
    Read to Precharge 4-8
    Static tRead 7-12
Static tRead Phase [Auto] << Leave on AUTO
    Command Rate [2]

Ahh OK, well then you would be fine with 1.6-1.7 likely for slower speeds. And it does also give you the option to increase to 1.8-1.9 for slower speeds with tighter timings then normal 1066

You should be able to run CAS 5 or 6 at 1066, but DDR3 may need higher advanced timings then I noted above

Everybody looking for setting to get higher hehehehehe, not me. Would the change from 6-6-6-20 down to cas5 be very much increase????

Because it runs vey fine right now, i also find a bios on the net F6a and if i remember right the little letter makes it a beta right. Do you think i should try it or wait.
I still wonder why i cant OC maybe because of bios.........well well you cant get every thing

Yeah it would be much faster, but only if it is stable. Which it should be since it it 1800 ram and you are way underclocking it

Yeah that would be a beta BIOS, You can try it. You can use @BIOS to save you BIOS right now to your hard drive, I say that only because if you have profiles they will be also saved. And you could flash back later to F5 if the beta was no better. Use F11 to save your BIOS settings now as a profile on the MAIN page of the BIOS. Then use @BIOS to "Save Current BIOS to file"

Do not use @BIOS to flash with though, just to backup your one you are using now if you want to

    DO NOT USE @BIOS!!!!!

Please read this guide, that has a VERY HIGH chance of turning your board into a brick >>>

Oki maybe ive been lucky then ive flashed about 4-5 times without any problem.
Where is Q-flash is it a program or do the motherboard has it in the bios maybe.
Im thinking of getting it from a hard drive......i extract the bios file to a special mapp on the drive, enter q-flash in bios an d go get it and then done, RIGHT?
    :)

Yes, that is luck.. DO not press it

It is explained in the Flashing guide I pinned. It is a feature that is made into the board, nothing needs to be installed.

Yes you can use a FAT32 (ONLY) partition on your drive, or you can use a USB Stick or a Floppy with Qflash. Please check out the guide, if you are still unsure ask away >>>
