    Ya, I meant water not coolant. I use Distilled water + PTNuke + G11

    But that sounds like you have decent temps

    Yeah, 400 is right on the strap and could often do that. I would suggest always 401+ or 399-. So if you are wanting to go above 400, start with 405 then or more

    I would stick with F8 or F9 until F10 is stable and has been around for a bit.

    I have not heard much on either so I could not say for sure. The Beta could be better, but it is not likely.

    do you have any settings for 3.7ghz? I'm guessing that it going to involve a bit more tweaking than just upping the FSB and MCH

    Yeah, 3.7 on a Q6600 may take you some time. Post me what you are using now and I will advise some settings to try out. But yeah, just FSB and Vcore will likely need raised is all, maybe loosen some ram timings or choose a different multi

    I think I might have to use a differernt Clock ratio perhaps? But can you please tell me the difference between clock ratio?

    also is lower CPU Clock Ratio used better to over clock your memory? I noticed that when I used 8x my memory ran at higher dram frequency.

    Well whatever clock ratio you use your ram will be higher if you change your FSB. Ram freq is always FSB X Memory Multiplier = Ram Freq.

    The CPU ratio does not matter, so you must have raised your FSB or changed memory multipliers. Best to use the highest CPU multi, but yes you can use a lower one with a higher FSB for the same CPU Speed outcome. That would allow you different Ram choices. Like this >>>

    9x400 = 3.6 (Ram would be >> Memory Multi X 400)
    8x450 = 3.6 (Ram would be >> Memory Multi X 450)

    I see you are still underclocking you ram, is this by choice or what?

    so far no luck at 3.7ghz however I did adjust my memory to run at 1064 which is 532 on 3.6GHz.

    To run at 3.7 I don't think I need to up the Vcore anymore because I'm sure that it would have enough power however i keep getting 1 thread not working for some reason with the new settings you told me to try. This could be difficult lol. I think its gonna just take time.

    okay LSD,

    I have been trying to run stable all night i ran memtest so my ram is fine however something during prime test computer resets I know it has to have enough power already because 3.6gz its that much further from 3.7 right as far as volts? Maybe you know why it would reset my 1st guess was to give it more juice however I don't think thats it. Now I'm wondering with these other settings what can I change to get stable?
