Pretty consistently dropping again now, tried to start some games etc, but resets itself, having no problems restarting still.

Please post what settings you are using as of now. And if you are worried about a flash, remove all but one stick and load optimized defaults before you flash

Messaging me was not needed, I was getting here! Sorry, lost of posts to answer, and I answer them in order

I would flash if you are still having CPU issues, read my guide if you are Unsure about ANYTHING with flashing before you do it

Ya, you can flash to any version anytime, Just be sure it is above the first supported one for your CPU. And load and save optimized defaults after you are done and reboot. Also redo your disk settings again if you are using RAID BEFORE you ever try to load windows.

I think maybe you should update as those settings above are loose and should be working for sure. Have you ever tested the ram one stick at a time at defaults or in another board to be sure both are working? Just wondering.

I'd say do a flash to the latest NON Beta, load optimized/save/apply and reboot and then try these settings again and you should have better luck. If not there is something likely wrong with your ram

I have tried both sticks of ram individually and even tried different ram in the computer with no change. I am yet to run Mem test as i was unsure of how to load it etc, is there a good tutorial i can follow. And am not using Raid as I only have the 1 hard drive.
