    No mate currently with the below settings my system is very stable. Was wondering if it was at all possible to clock to 3.6ghz and run safely 24/7.

    For sure you can do 3.6, VERY EASILY

    Raise your FSB slowly and keep a eye on the memory mutli so you dont go to high, lower to the next one down once you get your FBS up to high for that one. Then when it starts failing add some CPU Voltage, stock may take you up to 3.4-3.6

    Am currently at 3.42 using 360x9.5. Had a few issues with restarting etc so added MCH Core to 1.3 from 1.24 and seems to be stable for the moment. At an idle temp of around 31'C on the CPU and 45'C on the system..

    Tried the settings u suggested for 3.6 and was unable to get a stable CPU, sometimes it would restart other times it would start the OS. When it did start the OS, and then in 3dMark06 it would freeze etc requiring a restart and resetting back to my stable 3.16 bios. Any suggestions mate??

    Also a question in regards to Memory settings, i have changed my stable 3.16ghz settings to

    Please read the memory guide as to why memset differs.

    You may likely need far more voltage to your CPU is all for 3.6

    See, you are getting there! It does take some time to get things stable, it for sure is not something you can get done in a few hours sometimes

    You will get there, just dont get yourself frustrated with it
