Default EP43-DS3L Stability and Memtest Issues

I'm looking for some help with my recent build. Problems include:

Random BSODs after which the computer reboots.
Prime95 blend test failure after a few hours.
Memtest errors, approximately one error per pass. I didn't notice any pattern to the errors.

    Specs:

    Gigabyte EP43-DS3L
    Intel E8400 3.0 GHz
    Kingston 2x2GB DDR2800
    Gigabyte GV-N95TD3-512H GeForce 9500GT

I'm running BIOS F7, and I've tried some of the BIOS tweaks that I've read about in other posts. I've also tried running each stick separately and in different slots but all of the errors still appear. This is also the second pair of DIMMs that I've tried in this motherboard. The first pair was 2x1GB of Corsair XMS, but the problems were still present.

    My current BIOS settings:

First, when you memtested the ram, did you test each stick one by one at stock settings? If not you may have a dead/dying stick and not know it. Please test one at a time, if you already did then ignore me!

Try these ranges (STOCK = No Overclock, as C1E and EIST are enabled. Just a note for future readers) >>>>

When I tested the sticks individually it was at the settings I posted above.

I'll put both sticks in and change to the settings to what you said and report back. Thanks for the reply.

Ok, so I changed the settings, put both sticks in and ran memtest for a few hours. I set the values in the middle of the ranges that were suggested. Results were not good, 32 errors in 7 passes. Is there anything else that can be tried?

To answer some questions you asked:

The voltage on the RAM stickers is 1.8V.

This is the second pair of sticks that I've tried with this board. The first set was Corsair XMS 2x1GB. They were tested at the stock settings (pretty much everything in auto) with BIOS F2.

I would suggest for now you try the higher end of what I suggested above

I went back this morning and put in the highest values from the ranges that you suggested, still got memtest errors, 4 in the first pass. I stopped it after that.

Next I tried swapping out my my power supply (Seasonic S12 II SS-330GB) for an older Thermaltake 480W that I had laying around because I was concerned that the 330W wasn't able to cut it. I ran memtest again after that and got 5 errors halfway through the first pass.

I'm thinking at this point that I have a bad piece of hardware. I'm pretty sure it's not the processor as that runs fine for 24hours+ in prime95. I'm leaning against the power supply since I swapped that out and still got errors. That leaves me with the motherboard and the RAM, and at this point I'm leaning towards the motherboard for a few reasons...

I've swapped out the RAM before and the issues remain.
When I run memtest the addresses of the failures are not consistent, which I'd guess would mean that it wasn't a bad section of RAM.

Is there anything else here that I'm not thinking of? Other troubleshooting steps to try?

Well different error addresses can mean anything, could just be the ram was running different numbers at the time you see the errors, NB heat issues, or off timings. Being as you said you use the highest settings are you sure this ram is not DOA? Have you tested each stick one by one at stock speed, Manual set spec voltages and Auto timings?

You can also test in another pc if you can, that would be easier on you. But please do one at a time

If that does not pass I would ship the ram back DOA.
