Try these settings, and just so you know Crucial Is on my list of not GA-P35 compatible but many users get them to work out ok. I would suspect all that AUTO was your issue, especially the voltages >>>

did all those settings.. still the same...
the comp starts up as if no ram were inserted.reset wouldn't work..tried aeneon still wouldn't boot..(aeneon worked well until crucial come)...
well yesterday, the comp would only boot up randomly.. until at some time later it stopped booting up..Until today,it would only boot up once after a long(>30minutes) cmos clear, then dead again(now) after setting up the settings u have given..

note: last week when it was lucky enough to boot up, the ram settings(auto) were automaticly set to 1066, 5-7-7-24.. And i'm still wondering why doesnt it cycle if the settings were incorrect..

Can you get in there and try this, with 2.1 on ram voltage also >>

Have you ran memtest86+ 2.01 on each stick by itself to be sure you did not get a DOA stick? It happens >>>

now the page went blank(moniter led blinking) sometimes after the "window loading" page and before going into window... Window welcome sound could be heard.., restart also can.. could it be the graphic card over heated and shutdown for the moment?

I doubt it, have you ran memtest yet? Those settings above are VERY loose and for sure should have started

You may have a dead stick, I would be testing each one seperately before going any further.

As for your GFX card comment, do you mean you cannot get into the BIOS now? If not, and it seems like your monitor is just blank like I think you are saying you need to clear the CMOS. Please see the second post in this thread for my suggestion on how to do this properly >>>

For sure those aint dead.. I runned 7hour prime95 on my asrock mobo... worked perfectly....
Even with those loose timing, the percentage of booting up is very rare,..

    mch should be how much?.
try 800 mhz for the moment?

MCH latch Depends on your FSB. This setting should be the ONLY one changed at the time you change it in the BIOS. meaning if you change it, only change that and save and apply then reboot to change other things.

For under 400 use 333 MCH latch, over 400 use 400 MCH latch. If you use 400 you have to use a static tRead of 8 or more

So if you want to use Memory Multiplier with a Higher strap letter then only change that setting then. 800 ~ I think is 333 latch and 800# is 400, but you should not see that without being over 400 FSB

Crucial are Terrible in Ga0P35 boards, just so you know my opinion. They USED to be the best, but by far are not anymore. And are especially not good for a GA board, IMO

You should be able to use 1066 speeds, but like I said above crucial isnt very good with GA boards, so you may get nowhere

MCH should be +0.1 for stability only with 2x1GB
