well, man, i owe you a cold one. i ran different stress tests for a total of about 35 min last night, no errors. definitely havent finished testing, but i wasnt able to get this far previously, without those settings you gave me.

thanks again man, cant say that enough... im sure this wont be the last time you'll hear from me lol

Is that Memtest86+ stable? If so you may be able to make these adjustments. >>>
    Precharge Delay (tRAS)__________ 15 << Try 12

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________ 3 << try 2, may not work
Rank Write to READ Delay________ 4 << Try 3
Write to Precharge Delay_________ 6 << Try 4-6
    Refresh to ACT Delay______________50 <<< try 46-50
    Read to Precharge Delay__________4 << try 2 or 3
    Static tRead Value_______________ 7
    Static tRead Phase Adjust________ [Auto]

    System Voltage Control____ [Manual]
DDR2 OverVoltage Control__ [+0.2V] If memtest fails and your ram can use 2.1 I would use it

    PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ [Normal]
    FSB OverVoltage Control___ [+0.2V] << Maybe .1 or .15
    (G)MCH OverVoltage Control [+0.3V] << Maybe .2 or 2.5
    CPU Voltage Control_______ [1.3785]

As for 450, you may need more Voltage to the CPU or you need to loosen ram timings maybe
