    Should look like this, that max is because of the problem. It is a Card PCB issue most often and nothing to do with drivers normally>>>




    Did you try PCI Express freq 101, 102, 103,104, and so on until you hit 110? I see a few saying 103 works and 105 works none between yet others saying different values.

    MOST Of all who said nothing worked a NEW CARD did.

    Zakash, if you are running Vista, why are you using a XP driver?

    And hey, do yo have the latest Intel Chipset package installed? If not best to install that to see if it helps as well >>>

    well, i'm not Sapphire user any more... switched to Gigabyte 4870...

    About the network drivers, should i desable them or something?

    I would install the chipset driver and uninstall the network drive in safe mode and see if the card works then, in safe mode or windows will reinstall the network driver automatically.

    Sorry about the sapphire BIOS, Ill see if Giagbyte Offers them real quick, but I doubt it. I have seen this issue many times with various models and series of cards most often solved by things you have already tried. Other then that RMA was the only fix

    i installed new network drivers.. nothing... i'm gonna play with the freq... not one more thing, you saw that?
