That is a Memory Error code. So either you have incorrect timings or voltages for your ram, or you have a Dying or dead stick of ram.

Have you Ran Memtest86+ on these sticks? If not you should always do this on the first day you get them, DOA can happen with any brand so best to find out ASAP.

What you should do first run memtest86+ (Must be newest version linked here 2.01, older versions will error out with p35/45 boards) >>>
    http://www.memtest.org/#downiso

Run this on one stick at a time in slot one, at stock speed, timing, and manually set voltages for your sticks.

Then if you are ok as far as that goes please post me back what settings you are using and I will advise. 4x1GB of ram does need some addition changes differently then 2x1, and Auto is not best and can also often cause errors.

Please if you can also provide me to a link for your ram, just want to check the warrantied Voltages.

For now, after your do your memtesting, please write down the settings for me from your MIT section of you BIOS in the below table. Then remove 2 of those sticks until I can give you some suggestions

This is Just a template I use to ask people their settings, pay no attention to the numbers in it, replace with yours >>>

ran the test and found 2 bad sticks and 2 good sticks. looks like time to get rid of corsair memory.

Sounds like it. Here is why I would never use them (See post #4) >>>

I highly Suggest Mushkin (Black or Blue models) If you cannot get them where you live I would suggest G.Skill (Models Ending in K are best, Q second best) or GEIL next

Hi Thanks again for you help
looks like this was my problem the entire time. I went to other threads in here where you advised other people on similar problems I was having. page faults , irql problems etc. I never could get this board set up properly. Looks like the only place I can get mushkin memory is on the net. Now maybe we can get down to the business of proper clocking. Also how do I fill in those values you wanted from me on my board mit section etc. Do I have to manually type it all in or can I find a way to edit yours.

Can you get Geil or G.Skill locally? They will work just as well

Just highlight and copy what I wrote above and paste it into a reply, then fill in your answers.

I Have to look around to see whats available for memory. Micro center is the only game in town around here. I live in The Detroit metro area which is pretty depressed right now. I can check best buy or one of them. I will do a paste and fill in the blanks after I get a few things out of the way.

    Hi
How do you feel about this memory? Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory or this better? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231145 After all this I'm about half scared to purchase. Any particular features I should look for??
