    I hope thats not a big issue.

    Do you think this could be a mobo problem? Many of these problems only happened after I failed @Bios and sometimes my computer fails to post with no beeps but everything turned on.

    I'll see if I can get some new memory at any case and possibly test a new motherboard. The new intels are coming out soon so it's a good time to change to DDR3, with a new mobo and cpu.

    I hope turning off the pc using the power button doesn't hurt the system too much.

    Well @BIOS normally kills a board if it fails. So I am not sure what all it could have done since you got it working. But I would suspect that all is well as for that because you have since flashed the BIOS and are ok.

    Na, you will be fine using the power button, just may sometimes cause disk errors, but not often.

    Ya, If you can see if you can borrow some ram to test on your board now. And yeap DDR3 and 1366 Socket is right around the corner
